HeadQ can have multiple calendars, for example, with different rules for different individuals. When creating a calendar, the availability of appointments can be chosen (each day of the week can have unique selections). Calendars can be used in multiple products. You will get the best benefit from the calendar when you integrate it with the "live" calendar, such as an ERP work queue, which will only show available times based on the HeadQ selections and retrieve information from an external calendar.

How to use Calendars

Add or edit the existing calendar in "Product calendars."

Define the calendar settings and daily availability.

Once you have created the calendars, configure the product calendar. In the product, select the service duration and define which calendars to display. For example, when the customer selects virtual training, the calendar of Paavo is displayed, and when the training is live, the calendar of Mikko is displayed.

Product options can affect the duration of calendar entries. For example, an extra hour is reserved in the calendar for live training due to travel time. For example, if you sell an installed product, and the customer chooses option B, the installation time (and cost) may be longer than option A.
