Automatic Customer Location allows HeadQ to automatically detect the visitor’s location and use it to display the correct pricebook and language in the configurator. Read more about Pricebooks in HeadQ and Languages in HeadQ.

If the Distributors add-on is enabled, HeadQ also automatically selects the correct distributor based on the visitor’s location. Visitors can also manually change their location if needed. If multiple distributors are available in the selected area, the visitor can choose which distributor they want to work with.
When the Distributors add-on is used, quote requests and leads are automatically routed to the selected distributor.
It is important to note that if manual language or currency routing is used, those settings always take priority and Automatic Customer Location will not override them.
How to enable Automatic Customer Location
Go to:
Settings → Model
Then enable:
Automatic customer location
Allow visitors to change their location
If you want to allow visitors to manually change their location, this must be enabled separately for each CPQ.
Open the CPQ and navigate to:
Ribbon Settings
From there, you can enable the visitor location selector for that specific configurator (Location).
