Control which email addresses can be used for lead generation
Instruction:
With HeadQ, you can restrict the use of specific email domains in your configurators to ensure higher-quality leads.
How to use
To enable this feature, navigate to:
Settings → Data Management → Leads
From the settings, you can:
-
Add individual domains you want to block (e.g., gmail.com, hotmail.com).
-
Enable the built-in list of free and temporary email providers (approx. 4,800 domains).
-
If you use this list, you can still remove specific domains from the blocklist (for example, allow gmail.com if needed).
-
When a blocked email address is entered in the configurator, the system will notify the user and ask them to provide an accepted email address to receive the price.
If you only want to accept work emails, make sure to state this clearly in the Contact details section. This way, customers understand upfront why personal email domains are not accepted.
