# Create products with AI (Edison)

## HeadQ now allows you to create new products with the help of AI — our own assistant called Edison 🪄 (currently in beta). This feature helps you set up product details faster by automatically generating the basic information for you.

### How to create a product with AI

1. Navigate to **Products** from the main menu.
2. Click **New Product**.
3. Select **Create with AI**.

You’ll then see a view with a single input field:

**Provide URLs containing information about your product, such as HTML documents, CSV files, PDFs, or similar. Alternatively, you can also input your own product description.**

Paste one or more URLs, or type your own description of the product. You can also attach documents.

#### What Edison generates

Based on the input, Edison will create a **product preview** containing:

- **Name**
- **Description**
- **Price**
- **Category**
- **Images**
- **Options**

Edison generates these fields automatically when the information is available.

#### Review and edit

Before saving, you can review and edit all fields in the preview to make sure everything matches your needs. Once you’re happy with the result, click **Create this product**.

The product will then be added to your product list and is fully editable — just like any manually created product. You can use it in configurators or as a standalone product.
