Distributor tiers can act as a strong motivator for distributors, as customers often prefer to work with the highest-level partner available.
Once enabled, the distributor tier is shown both in the Distributor feature’s distributor listing and in the distributor selection view visible to end customers.
How to Add and Manage Tiers
- Navigate to Distributors and open a distributor
- Click Manage in the Tier Assignment section located in the top-right corner
- Add your partnership tiers and save
- After saving, select which tier the distributor belongs to
After assigning a tier, it will automatically appear in the Distributor listing and inside the Ribbon shown in the CPQ on the manufacturer’s website. This allows end customers to see the distributor’s partnership level when selecting which distributor they want to work with.
