Key Features

  1. Attachment Management: HeadQ enables customers to add and edit attachments to their orders or quotes on a product-by-product basis. This feature is designed to accommodate multiple attachments per order or quote.
  2. Maximum Attachment Size: The maximum size of each attachment uploaded by the customer is 10 megabytes (MB).
  3. Works with Products and CPQ: The attachment option works with product configurations and CPQ tools. It is an additional option that can be selected alongside other product options.
  4. Easy Implementation: Enabling the attachment feature in both products and CPQ is straightforward. It can be activated like any other option within the HeadQ platform.
  5. Visibility Post-Order/Quote: After the order or quote has been submitted, any attachments added by the customer are conveniently accessible. They can be found within the order or quote details.
