[Login](https://support.headq.io/knowledge-base/storefront?hsLang=en#login) # Storefront Cart Templates ## Learn how your customers save their cart as a reusable template in the Storefront, share it with their team, and add all its products to the cart again with one click. Many customers order the same products again and again, for example oils every quarter or a standard set of attachments for every new machine. With cart templates, they can save a cart once and reuse it whenever they need the same products again. Cart templates are shared across the customer's company, so everyone on the team can use the same templates. **Where:** Storefront account area → **Cart templates** **Note:** Cart templates are created and used by your customers in the Storefront. You can't see, create or edit them in HeadQ. ### 1. Saving a Cart as a Template 1. In the Storefront, add the products you want to save to the cart, in the quantities you need. 2. Go to **Cart templates** in the account area. 3. Click **Save cart as template**. The **Save cart as template** window opens. 4. Type a **Template name**, for example *Quarterly Oils*. 5. Click **Save template**. ![save-cart-as-template](https://support.headq.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20base/save-cart-as-template.png?width=494&height=238&name=save-cart-as-template.png) The template appears on the **Cart templates** page, and everyone in the company can see and use it. **Tip:** Choose a name that tells your colleagues what the template is for, for example *202 Starter kit* or *Monthly service parts*. ### 2. Using a Template The **Cart templates** page lists all the company's templates. Go to **Cart templates**. 2. Find the template you want to use. 3. Click **Add all to cart**. All the products in the template are added to your cart. Anything already in your cart stays there; the template's products are added on top. You can still change the cart before you order, for example change quantities or remove products you don't need this time. The template itself stays unchanged. **Prices and availability:** Templates don't save prices. Current prices and availability are checked when the products are added to the cart, so you always order at your company's current prices. **Shopping cart or quote request:** The products go to the shopping cart or the quote cart in the same way as when you add them one by one, depending on how each product is sold in the Storefront. Go to **Cart templates**. 2. Click **⋯** next to the template. 3. Choose: 4. **Rename** — give the template a new name. 5. **Delete template** — delete the template for everyone in the company. ![cart-template-menu](https://support.headq.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20base/cart-template-menu.png?width=232&height=97&name=cart-template-menu.png) Everyone in the company can rename and delete all the company's templates, including templates created by colleagues. **Note:** You can't change the products in a saved template. To update a template, add the products you want to the cart, save it as a new template, and delete the old one. ### Summary Add products to the cart, then go to **Cart templates** and click **Save cart as template** to save it with a name. Templates are shared with everyone in the company. Click **Add all to cart** to add a template's products to your cart, where you can still adjust them before ordering. Prices and availability are always checked when the products are added to the cart. Use the **⋯** menu to **Rename** or **Delete template**. To change a template's products, save a new template and delete the old one.
